Can all of these services be provided for my home at the same time?
BrenCon Services maintains separate crews that specialize in each area of service. We have professional schedulers that can coordinate services as needed. It is possible to have all needed crews scheduled for your home simultaneously on occasion, such as in preparation for a big event. But for routine services, it is more likely that crews will arrive separately. This allows each of the BrenCon Services crews the time and space to perform their services thoroughly and efficiently.
Are your pest control measures regulated?
BrenCon Pest Control Service uses approved treatments that specifically target the needs of your home. Where possible, we employ the simplest plan available to achieve the needed result. All of our treatments are approved for use near children and pets. On each service visit you will receive explanation from the technician on the treatments applied, as well as a written list of the chemicals used. BrenCon Pest Control Service is registered with the Arizona Office of Pest Management, and operates within all legal statutes and professional guidelines.
Can my family use the pool after your crews are done?
BrenCon Pool Service provides a written statement of all treatments performed. The pool is available for use after routine maintenance. Should a treatment that requires a waiting period be required – such as shock – the statement will clearly outline the use of the treatment and the necessary waiting period. BrenCon Pool Service staff will be available by phone to answer any concerns or questions that you may have.
Why do you charge an initial service fee?
With experience, BrenCon Services has learned that homes vary widely in standards of cleanliness, maintenance and pest control. During the initial service, the home will be brought up to at least the minimum standards for health, safety, and satisfaction. This often necessitates extra time for our crews. After the initial service, routine visits will maintain the standard and can be accomplished during a standard service visit.
